Linda Mello Henderson, Co-Founder and Chief
Executive Officer
Linda Henderson sets strategic direction and oversees operations, finance,
marketing, and business development of the company. Prior to the Henderson
Group, Linda served as Vice President of Lansing Capital where she directed
sales and marketing efforts of partnership interests in strategic properties
and land development. Linda has a Bachelor of Science from California
State University at Hayward and a Bachelor of Arts from Golden Gate University.
Terry Gault, Vice President of Services
Terry Gault oversees all curriculum and services at The Henderson Group.
In addition he is responsible for the selection, training and development
of all trainers and facilitators for The Henderson Group, and has been
an instructor with the Henderson Group since 1997. Terry has a 20-year
career in film, television, radio and theatre as an actor, writer, teacher,
director and producer. He also has a ten-year history as a director of
customer service in manufacturing companies. Terry is a graduate of The
American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the San Francisco Theater Academy.
Robin Miller, Director of Course Customization
Robin Miller has customized The Henderson Group’s processes and
courses for hundreds of customers, and has facilitated processes with
Henderson Group clients since 1997. Robin’s ability to map communication
skills to business requirements comes from years of management experience
and 20 years as a director and producer in film and theater. She has facilitated
communication skills processes since 1980, and she has a Bachelor of Arts
degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Fine Arts
in Directing from the University of Southern California.
Chuck Kuglen, Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Chuck Kuglen oversees business development and developing partnering
programs for The Henderson Group. Chuck brings more than 13 years of
sales management and business development experience with companies
like Oracle and Baan. Just prior to joining the Henderson Group, Chuck
ran business development for Quovera, a Silicon Valley consulting company,
and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California,
Berkeley and majored in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.
Chuck also studied in Barcelona, Spain and speaks Spanish.
Enrique Brime, Vice President of International
Operations
Enrique Brime is responsible for developing and managing all Henderson
Group business operations outside of the United States. Prior to the Henderson
Group, Enrique had a distinguished career at Cisco Systems managing Cisco’s
Network Commerce initiatives, where he was responsible for training and
Electronic Commerce web-based tools in Europe and North and South America.
Enrique is fluent in Spanish and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Science from the College of Notre Dame.
Gray Kuglen, Creative Director
Gray Kuglen brings over 10 years experience in graphics design and creativity
to the Henderson Group and oversees the brand, design, and visual strategy
for all web and marketing materials. Before coming to the Henderson
Group, Gray worked as a Creative Director at Scient Corporation designing
enterprise applications in the financial and retail industries. He
has also designed and built web portals and applications for Wells
Fargo, Sun Microsystems, and Kinko’s. Gray is a graduate of California
Polytechnic State University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Computer Graphic Communications.
Cynthia Loux, Director of Public Relations
Cynthia Loux is responsible for all media and analyst relations. She has
over 15 years experience in high-tech public relations with companies
such as BroadVision, ILOG, New Moon Technologies, Pine Cone Systems, Plumtree
Software and Sybase. Cynthia founded Capstone Communications, a high-tech
public relations agency dedicated to servicing high growth software and
Internet companies, which was acquired by Magnet Communications in 1998.
Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, she holds
a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
Rod Bauer, Associate
Rod Bauer specializes in bridging the communications gap between technology
innovators, executives, customers and the press. He has written speeches
and keynote addresses for Bill Gates of Microsoft, and trained numerous
executives on how to work effectively with the press. Rod has held marketing
positions with Microsoft, Aldus, Autodesk and Adobe Systems. Rod holds
a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California,
Berkeley, and is completing a Master of Arts in English at U.C. Davis.
He also has studied in Italy, Austria and London. He speaks Italian, French
and German.
