Terry Gault, Managing Partner and Vice President
of Services
Terry Gault oversees all curriculum and services at The Henderson Group.
In addition he is responsible for the selection, training and development
of all trainers and facilitators for The Henderson Group, and has been
an instructor with the Henderson Group since 1997. Terry has a 20-year
career in film, television, radio and theatre as an actor, writer, teacher,
director and producer. He also has a ten-year history as a director of
customer service in manufacturing companies. Terry is life-time film buff
and a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the San Francisco
Theater Academy. Building on that background, Terry recently co-launched
a video production company EinsteinFilms.com which produced short, hi-impact
video clips to help companies "illustrate your complex message in a simple,
fun way so that anyone can understand it in 3 minutes or less".
Chuck Kuglen, Managing Partner and Vice President
of Sales and Business Development
Chuck Kuglen oversees business development, operations, and client relationship
programs for The Henderson Group. Chuck brings more than 20 years of sales
management and business development experience with companies like Oracle,
Planitax, ServiceSource and Baan. Just prior to joining the Henderson
Group, Chuck ran business development for Quovera, a Silicon Valley consulting
company, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California,
Berkeley. In his free time Chuck's an avid snowboarder, surfer, runner,
and traveler who is passionate about music. He oversees THG consulting
projects and is active with strategic partners like LSA Global. He's also
proficient in Spanish and has worked and lived abroad in Spain and Mexico.
Robin Miller, Director of Course Customization
Robin Miller has customized The Henderson Group’s processes and
courses for hundreds of customers, and has facilitated processes with
Henderson Group clients since 1997. Robin’s ability to map communication
skills to business requirements comes from years of management experience
and 20 years as a director and producer in film and theater. She has facilitated
communication skills processes since 1980, and she has a Bachelor of Arts
degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Fine Arts
in Directing from the University of Southern California.
Nicole Henderson, Director of Operations and Marketing
Nicole Henderson develops and manages The Henderson Group's online presence
and marketing projects in collaboration with senior management. She serves
as editor and contributor to the company blog, as well as general administrator
to The Henderson Group and Einstein Films. She is currently pursuing her
degree in multimedia.
Nick Ezzo, Director of Marketing
Nick Ezzo collaborates with high-performance teams of experienced
sales and marketing professionals to create and execute hands-on lead
generation programs to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Currently, Nick provides marketing advice, guidance,
and creative solutions to large and small companies worldwide.
Bonnie P. Rose, Director of Instructional Design,
Training Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in Training and OD, Bonnie develops and
revises courses for The Henderson Group. She is responsible for selected
client relationships and for keeping current with those clients’ training
requirements. Since her graduate degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola
and graduate work in Adult Education and Counseling from Northwestern,
Bonnie has delivered courses from presentation skills to workplace diversity,
management and supervision skills to sales training, business writing
to conflict resolution, just to name a few. Her clients have included
eBay, Accenture, Baxter Healthcare, Motorola and Toys R Us among many
others. Off-hours Bonnie has studied improv, volunteered as a birth doula,
and bragged way too often about her amazing daughter Zoey.
